Baby Shower Games Ideas

Supplies Needed: Ball of yarn or ribbon or toilet paper, scissors
Pass a roll of yarn or ribbon or toilet paper around and have your guests guess the approximate size of the mommy's tummy, cutting a piece of yarn to that length. After everyone is has decided on the length, compare each guest's length of yarn with the correct yarn length taken before the game started. The guest with the closest guess wins! (Usually presented with a small gift for winning)
Baby Food Guessing Game
Supplies Needed: half a dozen jars of baby food, paper and pencils to keep score
Buy a few small jars of baby food of various colors and flavors some of them close in color to make the game a bit more challenging. Take the labels off before the game making sure to keep track of which jar is which. Have your guests taste he baby food and then guess what type of food is in each jar and the guest who guesses the most correct, wins!
Baby Scramble
Supplies Needed:Photocopied lists of scrambled words, pencils

Supplies Needed: Baby-related items, diaper/nappy bag, paper & pencils
Put several baby related items in a diaper bag, such as a bib, baby socks, a diaper / nappy, diaper ointment, wipes, pacifier, etc. While blindfolded, have each guest feel inside the bag and guess what each item is. The guest with the most correct answers wins and the mommy-to-be can take home the diaper bag and its contents as a nice gift.Please make sure you do not use any sharp objects and if using a baby pin as an item make sure it is closed.
Feeding the Baby
Supplies Needed:Baby bottles, beverages
Have guests pair up. One person is the mother and the other the baby. Each team is given a baby bottle filled with a beverage of their choice. The baby sits on the mother's lap and is given the bottle to drink and the winner is the team who finishes their bottle first. Some hosts will enlarge the nipple hole but this causes the nipple to be useless to the mother to be at the end of the day.
